New Bern Tours & Convention Services is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Tour services are furnished by independent contractors. Hotel accommodations, meals and tour services are entirely the responsibility of the providers of the service. Acceptance of any tour package releases New Bern Tours & Convention Services from responsibility in any way for any liability or injury arising from the performance or failure to perform such service. New Bern Tours is not responsible for delays, substitutions and/or changes beyond its control, nor any expenses or loss of time resulting from delays, substitutions, and/or changes. New Bern Tours reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations and services, if possible, and no refund will be due. If services and/or accommodations cannot be provided, all fees will be refunded.

Reservations are subject to availability. Full payment is due upon confirmation. Forms of payment accepted are check, MasterCard or Visa. For groups, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Should client cancel more than seven days before reservation date, all fees will be refunded less a fifty dollar cancellation fee to cover expenses. Should client cancel less than seven days before reservation date, or fail to attend without notifying New Bern Tours, no refund will be given.
